Position Responsibilities: + The Assistant Warehouse Manager is accountable for the supervisory functions of the shift and department assigned + As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service + You will ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved + You will track productivity to meet the company's requirements and maximize operational efficiency + You will assist with various transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling + Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: + Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 plus years of people leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: + Bachelor's Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
