Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to handle a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
2. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on complex legal issues related to commercial real estate.
3. Representing clients in court, at settlement conferences, and at other legal proceedings.
4. Preparing legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and other documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for our Permanent Associate Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions and leases
3. Admission to the state bar in which you are practicing.
4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Strong research and report-writing skills.
