Cornerstone Marketing Concepts is a leading authorized dealer for AT&T, DirectTV, Frontier, Comcast and ADT. Our Sales department is in search of Retention Representatives to be a part of our team. You should be able to meet and communicate with customers in-person or at the site locations. We are searching for someone who’s ambitious, with leadership qualities, entrepreneur drive, and passion to compete in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers with product questions and resolve issues if any

• Establish a professional relationship with business owners and clients

• Represent our clients with the utmost professionalism

• Help customers learn about the latest promotional plans and deals.

• Retain existing customers by lowering their bills.

Required Skills :

• Positive attitude and student mentality

• Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills

• Extremely self-motivated

• Strong work ethic and availability to work full time

• No experience necessary, only willingness to learn and excel

Compensation/Perks:

 

• This is a 100% commission-based role with average annual earnings at $70-$75K nationwide and top performers making over $100k

• Paid Training for 2 weeks - $500-$800 per week
