*Full-time Associate Attorney *at law firm specializing in civil litigation. Baldwin Law maintains a busy practice in areas including complex commercial litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury practice, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and contract litigation.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* J.D. from accredited law school.
* Strong academic record a plus.
* Admitted to Montana Bar a plus, but not essential.
* The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills; familiarity with Federal/State/Local Court rules; experience with or eager to learn about the litigation and trial process; and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Open to a range of experience levels, from none to 5 years.
* Litigation experience helpful but not essential – I can train you. Eagerness to learn and good work ethic required.

*Job Duties:*

Associate attorney will become heavily involved in a variety of cases, helping with strategy; helping to draft pleadings, motions, briefs; taking and defending depositions; propounding and answering written discovery; attending hearings and helping at trial; working on appeals. Immediate client interaction.

This is an "in-office" position, not remote.
