Job Details
Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our firm as a Business/Real Estate Attorney. We are open to a wide variety of Civil Litigation, Business or Real Estate backgrounds. This role involves handling a diverse caseload and overseeing matters from start to finish, including litigation and trial work.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of complex business and real estate litigation
Taking cases from inception through trial and conclusion
Handling a full caseload independently, including case strategy, court appearances, and motion practice
Conducting contract negotiations, drafting, review, and claims analysis
Providing general counsel and advisory support on organizational matters, transactions, and claims prevention
Meeting a 1,550-hour annual billable requirement
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an attorney, with civil litigation experience
Licensed to practice law in California
Proven track record of managing cases from start to finish, preferably with trial experience
Strong analytical skills and expertise in contract review, negotiation, and claims management
Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding caseload effectively
Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
