About the Audit Associate Role Associates are accountable for applying their working knowledge and skills, developed through formal training or relevant work experience, to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. They perform straightforward tasks with specific instructions and consistently deliver high-quality work.
In this role, you will: •Conduct fieldwork and testing, and clearly document results in accordance with applicable professional standards.
•Collaborate with team members to complete assignments accurately and timely
•Develop an understanding of client operations
•Adhere to departmental and firm operating procedures
To be successful in this role, you will bring with you: •Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
•Basic accounting skills
•Basic auditing skills
•Basic industry-specific knowledge
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Caseware, and other programs utilized within A&A department
•Excellent client service skills
•Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients and team members
•Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data
•Critical proactive thinking
