We have recently partnered with a CPA firm in Towson, MD to provide them with a Audit Associate. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Audit Associate:


#1. Experience with real estate, construction, manufacturing, and distribution


#2. Experience with audits, reviews, compilations of financial statements and EBP audits


#3. At least 1+ years for Associate, or 3+ years for Senior, of experience in public accounting

Requirements of the Audit Associate:

• 1-6 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm
• CPA certification is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Familiarity with financial statement assessments, including audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as Employee Benefit Plan evaluations
• Knowledge of the real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofit sectors
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Highly motivated with a strong commitment to task completion
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Advance Flow is a bonus

Other Key Requirements:

• Candidates must be local and follow our hybrid schedule out of our Towson or Columbia office
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
