Parts Counter Person

Job Description: Acura By Executive is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our team. While prior parts experience is preferred, it is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. This position involves assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phone calls and provide parts information, pricing, and availability
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized records of all transactions
• Receive and stock incoming parts, ensuring proper storage and labeling
• Keep the parts counter area clean and presentable
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive parts or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts catalog systems (training provided)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management

Compensation:

• Hourly wage starting at $17-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Commission plan based on parts sales performance
