Bleach & Brawn, an Upscale Salon and Barbershop in Vista, CA, proudly recognized as a Top 200 salon in the nation by Salon Today, is seeking an experienced barber/cosmetologist to join our dedicated 11-person team. Our establishment, located at 3211 Business Park Dr. Ste A, at the corner of Palomar Airport Road near Carlsbad, is seeking an individual skilled in mens hair cutting and clipper/fades, as well as proficient in color and longer haircuts. The ideal candidate should possess a self-driven, punctual, and friendly demeanor, a passion for learning, a growth mindset, professionalism, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive within a vibrant, educated, and positive team.
As a Eufora Exclusive Salon utilizing EuforaColor and bolstered by 3 Eufora Educators specializing in color and haircutting, we encourage experienced stylists in North San Diego County to consider joining our team. Qualifications
- Must have a Minimum of 3 years behind the chair experience
- Must have a California Cosmetology or Barber license
- Must be proficient in Color techniques and Blonding Services
- Barber skills desired
- Must have a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation and be able to maintain a clean, organized work area
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional attire, attitude, and appearance
