·Case load of 30-40 hours/week available.
We are seeking caring and reliable direct care providers (RBT or BHT-ABA) who are dedicated to helping children with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Activities include:
· Implement the ABA treatment plan under the supervision of the BC/BCBA.
· Utilize evidence-based strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis.
· Collect data as instructed by the BC/BCBA.
· Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions for decrease of maladaptive behavior and acquisition of replacement behaviors and needed skills.
· Transfer skills to caregivers and school staff for generalization and maintenance.
· Participate in agency required trainings and supervision.
Must be a kind and patient person who enjoys being with children and helping them learn and grow.
Experience:
· Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
· TSS/BHT: 1 year (Preferred)
· RBT or 40 Hour Training (Preferred)
