Full-time permanent position for experienced bilingual project manager for national sign company. Immediate opening, casual dress & health plan. Position is in Mont-Royal, QC and required to be a citizen of Canada.

Requirements:

  • Excellent French/English both written and spoken.
  • Good communication and telephone skills.
  • High level organizational & management skills are a must.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Education level: Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience.

General office duties include:

  • Schedule and coordinate sign projects and installations. Involves contacting clients and vendors across Canada.
  • Prepare client quotations for sales staff.
  • Prepare and manage project status reports.
  • Research various Canadian city sign permit regulations and submit application forms.
  • Assist in management of orders and graphic details.
  • Manage high volume of projects for national chains across Canada.

 

Salary: Competitive based on experience
