Role Overview:
Adecco is seeking an English/Spanish speaking Dispatcher to coordinate logistics for our client, including scheduling Field Technicians, managing materials, and working with 3rd party delivery providers. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring productivity, safety, and efficiency across operations. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Midland, TX.
Hours:
Day Shift: Mon–Fri 8 am – 8 PM (onsite)(5pm - 8pm remote) | On-call biweekly Fri, Sat, Sun (remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and schedule jobs while balancing customer satisfaction, deadlines, costs, and safety
Communicate directly with customers and client account representatives to relay accurate information
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Verify fieldwork consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations
Collect, review, and submit field documentation, including daily tickets, JSAs, and invoices
Maintain effective communication with supervisors, management, and other departments
Address and resolve job-related issues with customers
Continuously improve operational processes for safety, efficiency, and cost control
Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years dispatch/logistics experience in the Oil & Gas service industry
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems such as Samsara
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
Excellent data entry, analytical, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Reliable transportation and ability to provide advance notice for scheduling conflicts
Valid Class C Driver’s License
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Demands:
Mostly sedentary role with occasional moderate physical activity (lifting/moving up to 50 lbs)
Must have specific vision abilities and ability to communicate effectively
Work Environment:
Professional office, field, and shop environment
Moderate noise level, well-lit workspaces
Use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets
