Job Title: Billing / Accounts Receivable Manager

We're seeking a Billing/AR Supervisor to lead a high-performing billing and collections team. In this role, you'll ensure invoicing accuracy, support customer onboarding, and drive timely account resolution—while collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency and support organizational goals.

Lead and support billing and collections team members and supervisors.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding balances.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer information and invoicing needs.
Analyze current billing and collection processes and recommend improvements.
Monitor and report on KPIs and collection metrics.
Train team members on internal systems and process updates.
Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team development.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with Great Plains and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to leadership.
