Overview of the Bookkeeper role:

• Prepare and maintain various financial records, ensuring proper transaction recording.
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in financial data analysis.
• Support external audits and tax preparation.

Preferred qualifications for the Bookkeeper role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related accounting field.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Keen attention to detailed accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks software.
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting role.
