Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting functions. Your expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including billing and collections.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform journal entries.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
