We are seeking a Building Automation Systems Project Coordinator to join our team! With guidance from the Project Managers and Team Leads you will assist with project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate resources and personnel for all projects
• Interface with Project Managers, support project leads and technicians on a daily basis to determine their needs and set priorities.
• Assign and follow up on all Tasks and Issues.
• Review all overdue Tasks and Issues. Follow up on these overdue items to see what needs to happen to close these items.
• With Project Managers guidance set due dates on all projects, tasks and issues. Track all due dates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Deadline driven and very strong attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve conflict efficiently.
