Job Description The Business Process Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Document business processes - process mapping, business rules, training materials, and other documentation as needed; maintain as required
- Lead Teams through process meetings, document as-is and would-be processes
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to evaluate business needs, do requirements gathering and develop and enforce procedures and policies.
- Develop functional specifications translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Project Management - action plan, communication plan, meeting planning, followup, and other responsibilities as needed
- Be willing to work for an organization that is not just a 9-5 company, whatever it takes to get the work done!

The Successful Applicant The Business Process Analyst candidate will have the following experience:
- Bachelors Degree is required
- 3+ years Business Analysis experience in a process focused environment
- Six Sigma experience
- Documentation, requirements gathering, project management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Certifications are a plus (PMP or CAPM preferred)
- Visio experience is a plus
- Any experience in home building or construction is a plus but industry specific experience is NOT essential. Training will be provided and the leader of this division did not come from a construction / home building background!
- Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must
