Inbound/Outbound Call Center - Customer Service/Loan Repayment Counselor - Temporary to Hire
This position will give you the opportunity to help borrowers with program options AND give you the ability to work from home!
Bring your customer service-minded mentality and excellent computer skills!
A day in the life will have you assisting borrowers with their accounts, acting as the liaison between the borrower and lender in an inbound/outbound environment.
Class begins the 1st week of June!
Schedule : Weekdays - Training 8am to 4:30pm.
**After training schedule can flex to later start and end times; finishing your shift no later than 7pm CST.
$18.50/hr - If you are fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) you may be eligible for an addition $1.50/hr
