Compensation: $17-$20 per hour (depending on experience) additional Bonus incentives on top of hourly pay

$500 HIRING BONUS after 90 days of employment completed

Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service CALL CENTER AGENTS who can communicate effectively with consumers and clients, ensuring positive interactions while achieving recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact consumers to arrange payment plans and resolve account issues
• Document all communications accurately in our system
• Adhere to all compliance standards, including FDCPA and company policies
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions

Qualifications

• Prior collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
