Your role in our mission - Call Center Experience - Minimum 1 year
- Must live within the state of West Virginia
- Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
- Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7Am and 7PM Monday thru Friday
- Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
- Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
- If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working - we will pass on the candidate
- Experience in Health Care industry
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
What we're looking for - Call Center Experience - Minimum 1 year
- Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise
- Proficient Keyboarding skills
- Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Ability to multi-task and remain focused

- In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
