Title - Inbound Sales Representative/ Inbound Call Centre Agent

Pay Rate - $19/hr.

Location - Greater Toronto Area, ON

Workplace Type - Work from Home

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues by researching and troubleshooting to find effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information as necessary in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when required.
  • Process customer orders, payments, returns, or exchanges in compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
  • Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products, services, and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly handling inbound calls, is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
