Qualifications Job Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program. Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). 1 years’ experience in a hospital or physician practice setting. Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge Preferred Job Requirements Associate’s degree.
