Key Responsibilities:

Responding to Inquiries:

Troubleshooting:

Providing Information:
Offering guidance, product recommendations, and helpful resources to customers.
Maintaining Customer Satisfaction:

Escalation:
Referring complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further assistance.
Following Up:
