We have been retained to find an outstanding Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly expanding, multi-entity construction company. As CFO, you’ll own and lead the finance function, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic advice. Partnering with our leadership, you’ll:

• Deliver actionable insights through financial reports and narratives.
• Oversee WIP management, asset and inventory controls, and HR-related processes.
• Strengthen banking relationships and optimize credit line usage.
• Ensure efficient, compliant accounting operations, including AR, AP, and revenue recognition.

Your leadership will go beyond numbers—you’ll mentor and develop the finance team, foster a culture of excellence, and implement best-in-class management practices.

What the Chief Financial Officer will bring:

• A degree in Business Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of construction accounting experience in senior roles.
• Experience growing a business to at least $200million.
• Expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to influence and inspire.
• A track record of navigating complex challenges with actionable solutions.

Location : As Chief Financial Officer, you will be required to be based onsite in Bozeman, Montana

Compensation : $220,000 – $250,000, plus up to 20% performance related bonus and a great benefits package.
