About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff with a dual focus on operations and marketing to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role is pivotal in ensuring the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis while also driving various campaigns and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, engaging in a wide range of activities from refining internal processes and managing recruiting to launching marketing campaigns and coordinating webinars. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a background in operations, marketing, or startup roles, with a minimum of 3-8 years' experience. They must be hands-on with digital marketing tools and have a proven track record in designing scalable processes and systems.
