About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and execution. This high-impact, high-visibility position involves leading strategic initiatives, unblocking day-to-day operations, and driving the business to scale more intelligently. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, serving as a thought partner, and will be responsible for building and improving operating cadences across various functions. The role also includes identifying and solving operational bottlenecks, supporting special projects, and creating structure and processes to accelerate the business. Candidates for this role should have 4-6 years' experience in high-performing, analytical environments, with a background in BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup being a major plus. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally structured thinker and communicator, unafraid of messy problems, and known for their relentless execution. They should be scrappy, resourceful, and have a low ego, high agency approach, ready to roll up their sleeves to accelerate the mission. While not required, familiarity with mortgage, lending, or capital markets is a bonus.
