Clinical Admin Specialist
Location: Jacksonville, FL *In-Office Position"

We are seeking a Clinical Admin Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL office. This position will be an integral part of our team where you will work cross-functionally to provide administrative support, ensuring effective optimization of our offices and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position serves as an entry-level opportunity with potential for advancement in a healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an effective record-keeping system.
  • Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare referrals as needed for external services.
  • Manage, track, and maintain FMLA and Disability paperwork.
  • Communicate with patients, providers, managers, etc.
  • Handle incoming faxes and Medical record requests.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPPA guidelines. 
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
  • 1+ year full-time experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
