Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to care for a diverse range of patients while specializing in advanced procedures such as free flap reconstruction, surgical airways, and extremity replantation. Our dedicated nurses play a vital role in patient recovery and education, having even cared for the first patient in the country to regain speech through an artificial larynx!

Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that enhance the patient experience for both patients and their families. You will coordinate and manage house-wide educational initiatives that empower clinical educators and leaders at the unit and department levels.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the educational needs of clinical staff.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating continuing education programs and curriculums that meet and exceed national standards.
• Collaborating with administration, patient care services, and leadership to create effective education plans that align with patient care and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing developmental and educational needs while evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Designing cost-effective educational programs tailored to adult learners based on sound educational principles.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant field
• Supervisor Experience: None required
• Licenses & Certifications: RN or RRT

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant field
• Licenses & Certifications: Certification or License in Area of Expertise
