About Us:
We are a vibrant and community-driven coffee shop located in the heart of Los Angeles. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to join our team and help lead our business to the next level. As the Coffee Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our customers and overseeing the daily operations of the café.
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of baristas and staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Customer Service: Ensure the highest quality of customer service by maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude, and resolving any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels, ensure products are stocked, and order supplies when needed.
Financial Management: Assist with cash handling, register management, and tracking sales to ensure profitability.
Training & Development: Train new hires, provide ongoing support and development to team members, and ensure they follow health and safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive and productive work environment while fostering team collaboration.
Scheduling & Staffing: Create weekly staff schedules, ensuring that the café is properly staffed during peak and off-peak hours.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry. (At least 2-3 years preferred)
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish is required to ensure clear communication with staff and customers.
Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks at once, keeping track of inventory, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
