We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. This position does include a performance bonus in addition to salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Project Management or estimating to include multi family construction.
• Ability to read/understand construction drawings/plans
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well individually and with a team
• Experience in a leadership position
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to help grow the department through client business development

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience with:
  • Commercial Construction projects and materials
  • Multi Family Commercial projects
  • Database entry and tracking, Excel
  • Logistics
  • Customer service
• Work in conjunction with production and project managers to cost-effectively assign and track for all work in progress:
  • Company field employees: laborers, carpenters, driver
  • Subcontractors
  • Materials and Equipment
  • Receipts and Invoices
• Contact customers to communicate and coordinate schedules and confirm job satisfaction
• Manage projects through completion
• Purchase materials and ensure delivery
• Develop safety plans and attend relevant safety meetings
• Engage in client relations and business development
• Hire, train, mentor, and retain dependable and knowledgeable field personnel
• Ensure jobs are completed in the most efficient and most cost-effective manner
