We are seeking an experienced and versatile Associate Commercial Contracts Program Manager to join our Commercial Team and assume the position of the corporate lead in the execution of complex, large?scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction ("EPC") projects in the power generation industry. This hybrid role combines technical project management with legal/commercial oversight, and financial monitoring and review. You will act as the corporate lead for all projects, ensuring successful delivery of our contractual scope while safeguarding commercial interests, managing risk, and maintaining strong customer relationships. In addition to a legal background, prior expertise in project management, engineering, and business finance/accounting is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to take on a corporate leadership position on high?impact projects in the global energy sector. You'll be part of a team that delivers critical equipment and solutions to some of the worlds most important infrastructure projects, with the autonomy and breadth of responsibility to make a real difference.

This is a full?time, salaried (exempt) position. The standard work schedule is a minimum of 40 hours per week; however, hours may vary based on business needs. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support urgent matters.
