Construction Administrative Assistant


American Renovation Network Inc.
is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our construction projects and operations, ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and field crews.
  • Manage project documents, including contracts, permits, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Create and maintain project filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Assist with project scheduling, including creating and updating calendars and maintaining project timelines.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders (owners, architects, subcontractors).
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Process invoices, track budgets, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Answer phones and emails professionally, managing incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Construction industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn CRM and Software
