Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of upscale sandwiches, wraps, green & composed salads, and healthy bowls for daily service as well as catered events.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Innovate and contribute to menu development with creative and appealing deli offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, making each customer’s day a little brighter with the perfect lunch.

Qualifications:

• Great people skills and a team player.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Reliable and prompt.
• Eager to learn through training.
• Cool under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Experience from the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry is a plus, but not necessary—we offer hands-on training!
• Ability to clear a background check and drug screen.
