About the role:
As a Corporate Travel Agent, you are responsible for all aspects of booking travel arrangements (air, hotel, and ground transportation) for TQL employees. This is a high volume, fast-paced sales industry, that requires a 24/7 mentality, attention to detail, and incredible customer service to be successful. Your goal is to ensure a safe and positive experience for those traveling.

What you'll be doing:
* Prepare travel arrangements, including but not limited to, air, car and hotel through TQL's preferred suppliers
* Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request
* Provide travel quotes and related information in response to travel requests
* Reconcile purchases and audit travel expenses
* Stay current with corporate travel trends, regulations and changes in the industry as well as the TQL travel policy
* Process customer transactions, paperwork and reports efficiently
* Manage after hour calls/weekend coverage 1x/month
What you need:
* 2+ years of corporate travel, airline or travel agency experience
* Global Distribution System (GDS) experience preferred (Smartpoint+,Apollo, Worldspan or Sabre)
* Concur Travel skills preferred
* Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and listening skills
* Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and requests effectively
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Thrive with tight timelines and limited supervision
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
