Position Description

We’re looking for a reliable Sanitation Associate to join our production team. This role is focused on cleaning equipment, surfaces, and production areas according to food safety standards to prepare the facility for the next day’s operations. Maintaining a clean, organized production environment is essential for safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a hands-on role.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and surfaces throughout the shift
• Perform thorough end-of-shift cleaning of all production equipment, tools, surfaces, and floors in accordance with sanitation protocols
• Use and store cleaning chemicals properly and safely
• Reset workstations and equipment for the next day’s production
• Dispose of trash and production waste daily
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or supply needs to the manager
• Safely perform repetitive lifting, bending, and other physical tasks
• Apply feedback to improve performance
• Follow all safety, food safety, and attendance policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or food production is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Able to properly handle cleaning tools and chemicals
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and completing repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting
• Reliable attendance and willingness to support team needs

Physical Demands

Extensive physical exertions includes but are not limited to:

• Standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
• Repetitive bending, lifting, and hand/arm movements

Position Details

• Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Estimated Hours: 40+ hours per week
