As a Cross Product Delivery, Project Associate you will focus on the planning, implementation and ongoing support of initiatives that meet strategic, business and regulatory demands for our Latin America countries, Bahamas, and Canada. Being part of the HR Global Operations team, you will be working in conjunction with our internal global partners including HR, Technology, and Product.
Job responsibilities - Manage the end to end planning and delivery of enhancements, using a clearly defined and organized delivery roadmap in alignment to the product organization; provide updates on the project status to senior management and stakeholders. Including but not limited to preparing speaking points and executive presentations
- Work with project stakeholders across the various functional groups (HR Global Operations, Technology, Pay & Time product) to define and document business requirements for accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the implementation to meet critical deadlines; Identify potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes and policies
- Influence product to prioritize regulatory driven projects and to resolve identified open questions and gaps in the implementation plan
- Coordinate across the international footprint to standardize and align work/initiatives
- Coordinate testing of new functionality and regression testing, including writing robust test scenarios for automated testing systems
- Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the development lifecycle
- Promote innovation as an automation champion for the Employee Digital and Service Experience team in the region by promoting awareness and proficiency of Firmwide Intelligent Automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, etc.)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership of project on a day to day basis
- Experience managing the organization of and the delivery of multiple projects with varying timelines
- Team player who is easy to work with, shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand & time-sensitive initiatives while keeping the employee experience at top of mind
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an international audience
- Ability to bring strategy and data into an executive level presentation leveraging PowerPoint; Strong knowledge of MS tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint
- Practical knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx, and utilizing AI to help transform manual processes
- Bachelor degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Some Spanish & Portuguese language skills a plus
