Job Overview We are looking for an efficient and skilled Customer Service Representative. Your role is to provide customer support to the clients, respond to their queries and resolve them as soon as possible so as to maintain healthy relations with the customers. You will be in direct contact with the clients so you should have clear knowledge about products and their functions, company's policies and procedures. Review customer accounts for any changes. Maintain healthy relationship with the customers. Ensure the quality of services is maintained. Handle change in policies of the company and explain them to the customer. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
