Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Responsibilities The Delivery Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees
- A minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
- Customer service experience desired
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (3am-6am start), evenings and/or weekends.
- Class A, CDL certified not mandatory but desired
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
