Dental Treatment Coordinator – Smile Lab Dentistry (Manhattan, NYC)

What You’ll Do:
• Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand procedures, costs, and payment options.
• Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and financial arrangements to optimize patient experience.
• Serve as the key point of contact between patients and the dental team, building trust and lasting relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication within the office.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in dental or medical treatment coordination (preferred but not required).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes (a plus).
