Applicants for the DCOO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of full-time supervisory experience, including at least 3 years of managing staff. The role requires experience in process improvement, strategic financial planning, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the legislative process, particularly in a Texas state agency, and be adept at interpreting and communicating complex information. Essential skills include leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work with diverse groups.
