Job Description
Position will typically be scheduled 11:30am-8:00pm and will be required to work every other weekend and holiday. May be scheduled 6:00am-2:30pm, 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm based on department needs and staffing. - DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
- Under the direct supervision of the food service Manager/Supervisor the Food Service Aide will perform a variety of food service and dish room duties, as well other related tasks.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
- Experience:
- Previous experience in food handling preferred.
- Education and Training:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- License, Certification & Registration:
- SERVESAFE - Servesafe Certification within one year of employment preferred.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
- Must have very good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instruction.
- Must have the ability to quickly move from one duty to another as needs of the department change.
