Job Title: Electrical Project Estimator

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

What You'll Do:

• Manage the pre-construction phase, including reviewing project plans and specifications.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $1M to $3M in value.
• Utilize Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook for estimating and documentation purposes.
• Ensure all estimates adhere to NEC and local codes.
• Effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and manage your time efficiently to handle multiple job estimates concurrently.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation to support your estimates and project proposals.

About You:

• Proven experience in estimating commercial electrical projects, with a track record of handling projects valued up to $1M-$3M.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management to handle multiple tasks and estimates simultaneously.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Degree in Construction Management, preferred
• 5+ years of project estimating experience, preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Procore, preferred
• Commercial electrical trade experience, preferred
