Email Marketing Specialist Essential Duties:

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in crafting and executing campaigns that connect with our customers, inspire engagement, and drive conversions. You’ll have the chance to showcase your creativity, strategy, and analytical skills by:

• Creating Engaging Campaigns: Design and manage email campaigns that resonate with our audiences. You’ll source photos, write engaging copy, and leverage video and GIF content to enhance user experience.
• Personalizing Experiences: Build dynamic segmentation to create targeted, personalized messages that make each customer feel valued and understood.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and pricing teams to coordinate messaging, gather assets, and ensure campaigns are cohesive and on-brand.
• Elevating Our Standards: Ensure every email template is fully optimized for mobile and desktop and follows best practices in email marketing.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop insightful email reports to track campaign success, identify trends, and implement A/B tests that will continuously improve our strategy.
• Collaboration: Occasionally work with our Email Marketing Manager to design journey-based and drip campaigns that nurture customer relationships and drive long-term loyalty.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Creativity : You have a creative yet analytical approach and love diving into data to find actionable insights.
• Experience: You have 1–3 years in email marketing, ideally with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Technical Skills: Experience with major Email Marketing Systems (like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Sendlane, etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized, with a knack for problem-solving and a drive to see projects through from concept to execution.
• Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, always ready to adjust strategies to meet changing priorities and goals.
• Collaborative Team Player: Your communication skills shine as you coordinate across teams and work towards shared success.

Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):

• Shopify experience
• Experience with A/B testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
