Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

We also regularly appear before the EEOC, NYS Division of Human Rights, NYC Commission on Human Rights, NY and NJ Federal & State Courts and handle a wide variety of disputes including discrimination, harassment & retaliation claims, wage cases and more.
Beyond litigation, we recognize that alternate dispute resolution is an invaluable tool in resolving workplace disputes and we mediate with the top mediators in the field. Together, we recover significant sums for our clients and help close painful chapters with dignity.
Job Details
Qualifications
3+ years as a practicing attorney
NY Bar License required, NJ preferred.
Litigation experience, preferably in employment or commercial practice areas
Excellent research and writing skills
Experience conducting and defending depositions and preparing court filings
Proficiency with basic damages calculations
Proficiency hyperlinking cases per the Commercial Division
Strong proficiency with technology such as: Word, Excel, LexisNexis, Clio, E-Discovery Platforms
