Job Description

Who you are:

We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant with deep hands on experience administering or configuring mortgage LOS platforms (especially ICE Encompass) to help customers successfully implement and adopt Polly’s capital markets and pricing technology. This is not an internal Encompass Administrator role. Instead, it’s a customer facing implementation role where your Encompass expertise will be used to design workflows, configure integrations, and guide lenders through complex implementations that sit alongside (and integrate with) their LOS. If you enjoy translating LOS configuration, business rules, and mortgage operations into scalable solutions, and working directly with customers, this role is likely a strong fit.

Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading and apply today!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end to end implementations for Polly customers, serving as the subject-matter expert for LOS workflows, Encompass configuration, and mortgage data structures
  • Partner with customer stakeholders (secondary marketing, capital markets, IT, and ops) to understand current Encompass setups and design future-state workflows
  • Configure, validate, and support integrations between Polly and Encompass, including data mapping, business rules, and automation logic
  • Translate Encompass admin concepts (custom fields, business rules, forms, APIs, reporting) into implementation requirements and solution designs
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues related to LOS data, configuration, and workflow dependencies
  • Document configurations, implementation decisions, and best practices for customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to escalate issues, influence roadmap decisions, and improve implementation playbooks

What you have:

  • Encompass Platform Expertise: 3–7+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Encompass as an Administrator, LOS Administrator, Consultant, or Mortgage Systems Analyst in production environments.
  • LOS Configuration & Rule Design: Deep working knowledge of Encompass business rules, custom fields, personas, workflows, forms, and reporting, with the ability to design scalable, logic-driven configurations.
  • Mortgage & Secondary Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage loan lifecycle, including secondary marketing concepts and downstream operational impacts.
  • Production Change Management: Proven experience supporting and implementing LOS changes in live production environments, with a focus on risk mitigation, testing, and rollout best practices.
  • Customer Consulting & Partnership: Comfort working directly with customers in a consultative, solution-oriented capacity to understand business needs and deliver practical system solutions.
  • Technical Translation & Communication: Ability to translate complex LOS configurations and technical decisions into clear, business-friendly explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting & Systems Thinking: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex system environments, with the ability to diagnose issues across configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Client-Facing Implementation Experience (Preferred): Experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or client-facing delivery roles supporting software implementations.
  • Capital Markets & Pricing Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with capital markets, pricing engines, or secondary marketing systems and how they integrate with the LOS.
  • API & Integration Fluency (Preferred): Exposure to Encompass APIs, SDKs, or third-party LOS integrations, with an understanding of data flow and system interoperability.
  • Multi-Client Delivery (Preferred): Experience managing multiple customers or concurrent implementations while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
