Position Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate and reliable ESL instructor to teach adult learners in person. Classes focus on practical communication, grammar, listening/speaking, reading/writing. Our ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver interactive ESL lessons to adult students.
Adapt lessons for different English proficiency levels.
Assess student progress and provide feedback.
Maintain attendance records and submit brief progress notes.
Collaborate with staff and attend occasional training or meetings.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the school’s goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (required); TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (preferred).
At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience, preferably with adults.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Must be legally eligible to work in USA
Schedule & Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience : $21 - $26 USD/ hour
