Job Description
Ambassador Personnel in Charlotte is seeking 2nd shift entry-level Machine Operators for our client in Huntersville, NC. Recent graduates are welcome to apply! These are full-time positions. As a Machine Operator, you will be processing fiberglass by operating and monitoring various machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production instructions.
- Ensure quality standards are met independently.
- Monitor production to quickly identify and address malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Accurately package and document goods.
- Facilitate effective shift handovers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic language skills to read safety and operating documents.
- Basic math skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Must have transportation
Candidates should be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently. The role involves standing, walking, and various tasks.
