Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, focusing on third-party applications integrated with Epic EMR.
• Oversee project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure adherence to PMO processes.
• Manage data conversion efforts during system implementations.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and resolve risks/issues.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in Epic implementation for large healthcare systems.
• Strong background in managing third-party applications and data conversions.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of IT project management experience in healthcare.
