Pay Information

Hourly Rate: $33.17 - $38.32

Shift Availability

We have positions available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Job Purpose

Your mission will be to ensure our molds produce quality parts through:

• Preventative maintenance, maturation, repair, and tuning.
• Daily troubleshooting.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Team Leader on daily activities.
• Address equipment/mold downtime and recovery issues.
• Monitor equipment/mold for potential problems.
• Enhance quality and efficiency of mold/tooling.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and tools.
• Promote and adhere to all safety policies.
• Confirm the quality of completed work.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

• At least three months of experience in mechanical and/or die mold maintenance (including Co-op experience) preferred.

Other Job-Specific Skills:

• Application of engineering and manufacturing principles.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Primarily office environment, with daily presence in the production area.
• Possible overtime of ~10 hours per week.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
• Minimal travel, typically less than 5%.
