Compensation- Starting at $85,000+ depending on experience + attractive BONUS compensation you will be excited about. Benefits, mentorship, and growth opportunities included

$85,000+ to start depending on experience plus bonus

• Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for every client
• Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings, mediation, trial)
• Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation
• Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP
• Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism
• Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day

• 3+ years of experience handling contested family law cases
• Active Texas State Bar License
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
